The BenexBlock™ offers a unique form of wall construction.  Its interlocking design makes it easy and fast to erect, it is strong, fire resistant, has excellent acoustic isolation properties and thermal resistance, and is waterproof. A wall built from BenexBlock™ will be competitively priced to the most basic alternative wall solution options but perform considerably better in all the key criteria.

Traditionally, using building blocks or bricks required a skilled layer to ensure the built wall was plumb and level and evenly laid with a correct mix and consistency of mortar. The BenexBlock™ solution has introduced something new to these traditional methods. 

The BenexBlock™ system:

• Is very accurate and made to lock into adjoining blocks both vertically and horizontally
• Is secured and sealed using an easily applied adhesive (this assists in providing exceptional acoustic and thermal properties)
• Is impervious to water
• Reverses the ratio of skilled and unskilled labour traditionally required for masonry walls
• Once the first course is laid true and level with mortar or packers the wall construction requires only semi-skilled labour

There are two unique features of all the BenexBlock™ products:

The first is the patented mix. Each block has three distinct mixes in the production of the block; the first is a hard outer face and sides, the second a lightweight core of sand, cement and polystyrene, and the third is a very hard rear face.  This mix gives the BenexBlock™ range its incredible fire rating, water proof, thermal & acoustic properties.

The other unique patented property is the shape and tolerance of the finished blocks. Each block is produced in a steel mould which gives the blocks a true and accurate finish.  The lugs on the blocks ensure an easy fit enabling unskilled workers to complete projects with minimum effort.

There are two block dimensions fully developed to date with many other products undergoing research and development.
